If you use iTunes, click on the button to automatically subscribe to the selected podcast through that service. For any other podcatcher program, select the POD button or right click and select copy shortcut to paste the URL into the podcasting program.

For iTunes, each story is a separate episode, so you need to "Keep all episodes" or "Keep last 10 episodes" if you want all the stories downloaded.
